Feeling Spooky?
What’s this? A post about Halloween? No, I have not lost my mind (although I’m sure my kids would argue otherwise.)
This is the official announcement for Green Halloween‘s National Design Contest. Green Halloween is a non-profit grassroots organization dedicated to making Halloween safer (and more fun!) for both our kids and the planet. They’ve recently joined forces with ChicoBag and Code Apparel to create eco-spooky Halloween bags and t-shirts and they want your child to help design them!
Winning designs will be featured on either a reusable kid-sized ChicoBag, or an ethically sourced, sustainably made t-shirt from Code Apparel. And in addition to the pride of seeing their design used on Green Halloween bags and t-shirts, winners will receive loads of cool eco-swag such as Xeko Starter Kits, Illumination Arts books, Preserve by Recycline products, ClifKid goodies and more. According to the folks at Green Halloween, the winning designs will those that best “capture the essence of Green Halloween.”
Contest ends June 22nd! Check out the Green Halloween Design Contest page for more details.
