The Vaccination Decision

No parent wants to see their child get sick. Diseases like polio and measles are scary to think about…even for those of us who have never been touched by their effects. The good news is that today’s children will grow up in a time when modern medicine and vaccines can help prevent a number of previously fatal diseases. The bad news is that there are a number of red flags that have been raised about the safety of the vaccines themselves. So what’s a concerned parent to do?
As I mentioned in my previous post on , I have decided to stop avoiding the issue on this blog and face it head on. I poured through books, talked to the experts, read every blog post I could find and asked parents around the country to share their thoughts about vaccination. Here are a few examples of the comments I received:
My son has benefited greatly from treatments to heal the damage that vaccines have done to his body. I truly believe that some day this will be known as The Biggest Mistake in Medical History.
–Kim Spencer, Savannah, GA
I vaccinate my kids. What could be greener than not only, well, staying alive, but helping others stay alive too by reducing the prevalence of these diseases?
–Joshua Zucker, Menlo Park, CA
Needless to say, passions flared on both sides of this contentious issue. I have no desire to feed the flames, only to provide an unbiased source of information for parents struggling with this decision. Because the most important thing you can do to ensure your child’s safety is to find out as much current information as you can about the safety and efficacy of vaccines and make your decision accordingly.
I’m not even going to try to put all of this info into one blog post. The result would be so long and tedious, you’d never be able to wade through it. Instead, I’m dedicating this whole week to understanding the pros and cons of vaccination. So if this issue is near and dear to your heart, please check back every day this week for updated posts on vaccination. And feel free to weigh in at any time with your own thoughts on the issue.

Did you see Private Practice a few weeks ago? Kid comes in with measles, older brother has autism, younger brother has not been vaccinated.
I look forward to reading your collected information and analysis. I have three boys, one immunized from day one (7yo, high function autism), one started on schedule then delayed later shots(5yo, no developmental issues) and one completely free of immunizations (age 21 months, no developmental issues). As a family, we are continually curious about what is being said, who is saying it and their accompanying credentials. We have had doctors sneer at us for waiting and others encourage us to make an informed decision.
Thanks in advance for your research and I will check back throughout the week for me updates.
I could talk about this subject all day long. I wrote about my personal experience with vaccine injury here:

US Research Fraud, Tax Dollars And Italian Vaccine
http://childhealthsafety.wordpress.com/2009/01/28/cdc-fraud-tax-dollars-and-italian-vaccine-mercury-study/
I found the above website that debunks the Italian study that “proved” mercury was safe. It’s quite interesting. Seems the CDC is secretly funding these studies.
have you checked the new website http://www.fourteenstudies.com?
it details all of the studies that mainstream medicine uses to claim that the link between vaccines and autism has been disproven. There’s a lot to learn there.

Some truly fantastic info , Gladiola I discovered this.
As far as I am concerned, vaccination is an organised criminal enterprise dressed up as disease prevention. The cigarette manufacturers had their day in court. It is in my opinion high time the vaccine manufacturers and vaccine pushers were held accountable for their crimes against children and humankind.
Thanks for the blog concerning the pros and cons of vaccination! Vaccination is an absolute fraud, as vaccines are of no benefit to those who are given them. Vaccines consequently also don’t have “side-”effects, as the harm they cause is their only effect.
