  1. This is so awesome you are providing the info!
I am trying to inspire moms to be more green- so I am giving away my stuff! Every day I post a ‘challenge’ a small step toward living more simply- moms comment on the post of the day and get a chance to win what I am giving away! Right now I am giving away all of my excellent quality health/ herbal books- later I may give away cloth diapers- and who knows what else! I did this on a whim so I am now trying to get the word out. I am empowering green mamas and recycling at the same time!

Keep up the great work that you’re doing. The more people we can get to work and live green the better off we’ll all be, and our children and grandchildren.

  3. This is such a wonderful resource for parents in SC trying to go green. I noticed that you listed “A baby’s World” for a place to shop, but if you or some of your readers are looking for somewhere local, try K.D.’s treehouse (www.kdstreehouse.com) in Columbia! We are an eco-chic children’s boutique that offers unique and affordable 100% organic cotton clothing as well as a wide selection of eco-friendly toys that are safe for children and require an imagination, not batteries! Come by and check us out, or if you have any questions please give us a call… 803-748-0198 K.D.’s Treehouse aims to be the one-stop-shop for parents seeking products from clothes to diapers-bags to cloth diapers to toys that are made with organic and eco-friendly materials and fair labor practices.

  6. Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.

  7. When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Thanks!
