The Eco-Margarita

Wet your whistle this Cinco de Mayo with an eco-margarita that will please your palate and the planet.  

The Eco-Margarita

2 oz. Organic tequila (such as 4 Copas or Casa Noble)

1 oz. Triple Sec

1 oz. fresh organic lime juice

Moisten the rim of your margarita glass with a lime and rim with kosher salt. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Fill glass with ice and strain the mixture into the glass.  Garnish with lime and serve!
