
Week Two of my Go Green Get Fit / Cinchspiration journey is complete and I gotta say that I couldn’t be happier with the results. Here’s the breakdown:

Waist: 33/33.5 /34.5
Arms 11.0/11.5 /11.5
So after two weeks following the Shaklee Cinch plan and exercising toward my Go Green Get Fit goal of completing a triathlon, I have lost 5 pounds and 7 inches! More importantly, I feel great! I wore a tee shirt yesterday that I hadn’t worn in years because it is cut a little on the tight side and left me feeling like a stuffed sausage before. Yesterday, it felt loose! I know it’s only 5 pounds and I know it’s only been two weeks but I can really feel my body changing and I’m starting to like what I see – and how I feel about it!
